Momeliano Castle was equipped with a moat and the drawbridge at the entrance is still visible today. The village is surrounded by a huge green park, obtained later the closure of the moat that once ran along the castle. Where was the former military powder magazine of Rio Gandore , now abandoned for more than twenty years, it is now found a naturalistic oasis. It also has a tower which is a symbol of protection. Inside, the coats of arms of the noble families who owned it are defined, for example Castellino Dolzani, Ruffino Borri, Giovanni Albanesi and subsequently to the Marquis Ferrari.
